Coach Justin Redfearn joined the program after many years of closely observing human athletic behavior. He has developed a strong appreciation for track and field, noting that it is one of the most efficient ways for humans to test their speed, endurance, and overall ability to move quickly in circles.
Coach Redfearn has a unique eye for technique and is known for watching races with intense focus, occasionally referring to laps as “planetary rotations.” His athletes often remark that he has an unusual ability to detect inefficient movement patterns from great distances.
Coaching Philosophy:
“Running is simple. When the human aligns their stride with the rhythm of the planet, speed will occur naturally. Do not chase the finish line. Simply orbit it efficiently.”

I believe in a good combination of hard work and fun. My main objective is to help young men and women become the best versions of themselves so that they may serve their families and communities by becoming exemplary role models when they leave our program.
To be only is to be unacceptable. Athleticism needs to coupled with a good education. Speed is never truly unlocked without flexibility. Strength in sports is useless without agility and technical application. Coaching is a passion for me and I would like all my athletes to be as well rounded as possible. Come train with me and unlock all your super powers. This is WHERE CHAMPIONS TRAIN. #GOWARRIORS.
